The Garage

My brother runs a full-service auto body repair and service shop, which he affectionately named The Garage. One of the first things he started doing was selling gorilla wheel locks, which caught on with more of his younger customers. He always has a lot of people coming in and out of there, simply because he supplies good used parts at rock-bottom prices. He’s also built a reputation for quality and sincere work, which is why he is able to afford to employ so many people. One of the things that he likes to do himself is apply the auto trim molding, because this is one of the first things he learned how to do as a kid. Even though he is the owner of a successful business he says it humbles him to do this kind of work.

But he is also the kind of guy that just likes to be hands-on. He doesn’t like to delegate responsibilities because he feels that he can do a better job than most of the people that he employs. At one time he even did all of the car touch up paint work, which was easily something that he could’ve had one of his lower skilled employees do.
